Urutora kyōdai ga katsute taoshita kaijū-tachi no sairyō no bubun kara tsukura reta kaijū ga chikyū ni yattekuru. Kōtarō ga kidzukanu uchi ni kodomo ni jitensha no nori-kata o oshiete iru ma ni, urutora kyōdai wa tsugitsugi to taosa rete iku.
A kaiju created from the best parts of monsters previously defeated by the Ultra Brothers now makes its way to Earth and while Kotaro obliviously teaches a kid to ride his bike the Ultra Brothers are beaten one after another.
