Melissa Fritz of Breman, Ind., was the lucky winner of the CMT Ultimate Country Home. She was the 12th finalist picked and fifth in line to try her key in the door. Once the lock clicked, squeals of excitement could be heard from inside the home as host Lynnette Cole and others waited to see who would open the door. Before entering the house, Lance Smith rushed up to congratulate Fritz who then received a personal tour of the house. The celebration continued as Terri Clark entertained the crowd with an energetic backyard concert. Congratulations to Melissa Fritz and her family!
