Meanwhile, Katheryn is buckling under the guilt of Wyatt's crime, and Veronica decides not to tell the Cryers about the location of Jeffery's car—the black sedan Wyatt drove when he critically injured Benny and killed a little girl. Finally, Amanda, who has been exhibiting increasingly disturbing behavior, asks Jeffery where she can buy a gun.
