The police get to meet some of the victims that the narcotics reap while they are on the hunt for a white van that has been seen making contact with young people in town. Khalid participates as a police resource in the venture Kamma Daj, a dropout activity for children, and tries to get the boy Lexus on the right path in life. Jesse grows increasingly concerned for his daughter Molly's well-being and tries to figure out why she doesn't want to go to school.
