Howard Dean and the DNC

Tucker interviews Harold Ickes on Howard Dean assuming the chairmanship of the Democratic National Committee this Saturday. Ickes was a former deputy chair of the DNC, a Clinton White House advisor, and currently heads Hillary Clinton's political action committee. Ickes considered seeking the DNC chairmanship, but is supporting Dean. Joining Tucker on our ""Plus 2"" segment is Jonah Goldberg of National Review and Zanny Minton Beddoes of The Economist for a conversation covering the president's budget and the soaring prescription drug benefit costs, the ""scandal"" in the White House press corps and the future political fortunes of Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
