Trouble in Mind was a British Sitcom broadcast from February 24 to July 14, 1991. It starred Richard O'Sullivan as retired psychiatrist Adam Charlesworth and Susan Penhaligon as Adam's wife, Julia. With their children grown and moved away, Adam and Julia decided to keep busy by turning their hobby into a vocation, launching a small landscaping business. Jim McManus co starred as Stanley Chambers, the Charlesworth's resident gardener. After nine episodes, the series went off on a different tangent as Adam contemplated having a vasectomy. What the outcome of this plot twist might have been will never be known, since the series was axed by London Weekend Television due to lack of audience interest.
