Tom is the pet of a team of superheroes, the Amazing Acquaintances (a parody of Power Rangers), charged with guarding their power rings. However, when Jerry gets into the room where the rings are kept, he and Tom end up having a super-powered duel. To make matters worse, Doomdog (Spike), the Acquaintances' arch-enemy, breaks into the hideout unnoticed and wants all the rings for himself. Tom and Jerry have to work together—pooling their powers of fire and ice—to take the villain down. The heroes congratulate Tom on the capture of Doomdog, but Jerry—with the help of a growth-powered ring—reminds him not-so-gently that he didn't exactly do it alone.
Tom est l'animal de compagnie d'une équipe de super-héros, les Amazing Acquaintances (une parodie de Power Rangers), chargée de garder leurs anneaux de pouvoir. Cependant, lorsque Jerry entre dans la pièce où sont conservées les bagues, lui et Tom finissent par avoir un duel super puissant. Pour aggraver les choses, Doomdog (Spike), l'ennemi juré des connaissances, fait irruption dans la cachette sans se faire remarquer et veut tous les anneaux pour lui-même. Tom et Jerry doivent travailler ensemble, mettant en commun leurs pouvoirs de feu et de glace, pour éliminer le méchant. Les héros félicitent Tom pour la capture de Doomdog, mais Jerry, avec l'aide d'un anneau de croissance, lui rappelle pas si doucement qu'il ne l'a pas fait tout seul.
Tom bekommt den Auftrag, fünf Superpower-Ringe zu bewachen. Wer so einen Ring trägt, erhält übernatürliche Kräfte. Zufälligerweise bekommt Jerry ein solches Schmuckstück in die Pfoten und powert damit gegen Tom.
