Jerry and Nibbles (Tuffy) are in a space ship. They are running out of food, due to Tuffy's eating habits. Finally, Jerry manages to find some dehydrated energy capsules, but he swallows an entire year's worth and grows enormously overweight. Then a doctor, Droopy, comes to check on Jerry. Later, an alien space cat, obviously similar to the appearance of Tom, wants to eat Jerry, and they end up running around chasing each other on the ship. Finally they are launched from the ship's torpedo and apparently killed by the explosion, as they have become constellations in the sky with Tuffy saluting them.
Jerry et Nibbles (Tuffy) sont dans un vaisseau spatial. Ils manquent de nourriture à cause des habitudes alimentaires de Tuffy. Finalement, Jerry parvient à trouver des capsules énergétiques déshydratées, mais il en avale une année entière et prend énormément de poids. Puis un médecin, Droopy, vient voir Jerry. Captain Jerry und seine Crew sind mit ihrem Raumschiff Maurion unterwegs zum Planeten Käsball, um dort Verpflegung aufzunehmen. Plötzlich werden sie von dem außerirdischen Kater Tom attackiert. Der Kampf zwischen Tom und Jerry endet in den Weiten des Alls, wo die beiden als hell leuchtende Sternbilder am Firmament ihre wilde Jagd fortsetzen.
