Ryou and Keiichiro learn that mew aqua may have been made by the aliens when they inhabited Earth. A strange type of energy begins emerging in Tokyo and trees grow out of control, turning the city into a forest. The Mew Mews find something that appears to be a large mew aqua in a tree but before they collect it, Tart arrives and turns the tree into a chimera anima. During the fight, Mew Ichigo realizes that Ryou cannot be the Blue Knight as they both appear at the battle to aid her. The Mew Mews defeat the monster, but they are unable to figure out what caused the forest to appear in the first place.
Ryan e Kyle scoprono che lìacqua mew fu creata dagli alieni in passato quando questi abitavano la terra. Intanto una strana energia sta trasformando la città in una foresta. Le ragazze scoprono che uno degli alberi contiene acqua mew, ma prima che possano raccoglierla l'albero viene trasformato in una chimera. Intanto Mew Berry capisce che Ryan non può essere il cavaliere blu in quanto entrambi arrivano in suo soccorso allo stesso tempo.
ミュウミュウとしての結束がより強くなったいちご達は、白金からミュウアクアについての新たな事実と、今後の戦いがさらに厳しいものになることを聞く。そんな中、表参道に突然巨大な森が出現する。ミュウアクアと関係があると思ったミュウミュウ一同は、早速かけつけるが、焦りを感じているパイたちもやってきていた。タルトは、勢いでミュウアクアと思われる物体をキメラアニマにしてしまう。キメラアニマ化した大木の酸素濃度を高くするという攻撃に次々と倒れていくミュウミュウたち。絶対絶命のピンチに現れたのは、なんと白金と蒼の騎士だった！！蒼の騎士の手助けもあって、キメラアニマを撤退させるが、蒼の騎士は白金ではなかった事に驚きを隠せないいちご。そして、ミュウアクアとはまた別の作用によって起こっている、この不思議な現象に、事態はますます深刻になっていると改めて認識する一同であった…。
