The aliens decide to use special chimera animas to release pollutants into Tokyo Bay. The Mew Mews arrive, sans Lettuce, and find themselves having to fight numerous smaller chimera animas made from fish. Mew Lettuce and Ryou arrive by boat, but the larger monster destroys it and they are thrown into the water. While the others defeat the fish monsters by combining Mint and Pudding's attacks, Lettuce tries to save the drowning Ryou. Her emotions activate the mew aqua around his neck, causing her legs change to a porpoise fin and easily bring Ryou back to the surface. The mew aqua weakens the remaining chimera anima, enabling them to defeat it.
Gli alieni creano dei chimera capaci di rilasciare agenti inquinanti nell'aria. Le mew mew cercano di combattere i piccoli mostri, mentre Mew Lory e Ryan stanno raggiungendo il luogo dello scontro con una barca. Questi però vengono ribaltati in acqua da un mostro più grande. Grazie all'acqua mew, mew Lory ottiene una coda con la quale è capace di recuperare Ryan e portarlo a riva. Una volta indebolito il mostro, le mew mew sconfiggono definitivamente la chimera.
東京湾に大量のキメラアニマの反応をキャッチしたミュウミュウたち。早速駆け付けた一同は、二手に別れて調査を始める。しかし実はそれはパイたちが仕掛けた罠で、本当の目的は東京湾で周辺の生物を死滅させることだった。ミュウミュウ達はまんまとおとりのキメラアニマと戦う。そんな中、調査中に反応が消えてしまったマシャを白金とれたすが探しに行くが、待ち受けていたキメラアニマに海に落とされてしまう…！一方いちご達は、おとりのキメラアニマを見事なコンビネーションで撃退し、れたすのもとへと向かう。海の底へと沈んでいく白金を助けようとするれたすだが、キメラアニマによって行く手を拒まれる。白金を助けたい一心のれたすはピンチを切り抜け人魚姿に変身し、駆け付けたいちご達と、白金を救ったのだった。白金が無事だった事を心からうれしく思うれたすであった…。
