Over the years, nail artist Hanayo has worked tirelessly to bring attention to the craft of nail design, collaborating with artists of unexpected genres including traditional Japanese craftwork. Her quest for inspiration continues under the theme "Nail Meets Art". She began drawing as a young child, and majored in art in college. She has been expressing her artistic ambitions since 2013, turning the fingernail into a miniature canvas.
