Eine kriminelle Bande gibt sich als International Rescue aus und will einen Mann retten, der in einem einsturzgefährdeten Minenschacht eingeschlossen ist. Die Aktion wird direkt neben einem versteckten Gewölbe durchgeführt. Als dieser Geheimraum geöffnet wird und einstürzt, gerät International Rescue in Verdacht. Selbst eingreifen können Jeff und seine Truppe nicht, da sie sonst ihre wahre Identität preigeben müßten, also wird Lady Penelope eingeschaltet ...

International Rescue is in the middle of saving yet another life in danger, but what makes this mission different is the large crowd that's witnessing the feat.
