佐藤唯（松井愛莉）は、天城恭一（速水もこみち）の車に落としたイヤリングを受け取るため、ある会議場を訪ねる。そこで唯は、エレベーターで二人きりになった男から、いきなり“アゴクイ”をされてしまう！男は医師の藍田航之郎（平岡祐太）。手術成功率100%を誇るスーパードクターで、天城の大学時代の同期。また、同じく同期でノーベル賞候補の研究者、三島冴（田中道子）までが登場し、唯は彼らの超高スペックさに圧倒される。そんな2人に、天城は唯を「僕の恋人」と紹介。だが、冴は唯の否定を待たず「恭一は私のもの」と宣言する！その後、3人に巻き込まれて一緒に食事をすることになった唯は、冴と天城の親しい関係を目の当たりにする。一方唯は、「犬好き」という共通点を持つ藍田と徐々に親しくなり…。
Yui Sato (Airi Matsui) visits a conference hall to receive the earrings dropped in Kyoichi Amagi (Mokomichi Hayami)'s car. There, Yui suddenly gets "Agokui" from a man who is alone in the elevator! The man is a doctor, Konoro Aida (Yuta Hiraoka). A super doctor who boasts a 100% success rate in surgery, and is in sync with Amagi's college days. Also, at the same time, Nobel Prize candidate researcher Sae Mishima (Michiko Tanaka) also appeared, and Yui was overwhelmed by their super high specs. Amagi introduced Yui as "my lover" to these two people. However, Sae declares "Kyoichi is mine" without waiting for Yui's denial!
