In einem Apartmenthaus wurden fünf russische Drogendealer brutal ermordet. Der einzige Zeuge, ein alter Mann namens Uri Doleska, ist so verängstigt, dass er der Polizei nicht helfen will. Mit viel Feingefühl überzeugt Faith ihn dennoch, eine Aussage zu machen. Er beschuldigt den russischen Gangsterboss Fyodor Chevchenko, der daraufhin festgenommen werden soll.
Bosco fühlt sich von Faith verraten, weil sie mit Lieutenant Swersky über seine psychischen Probleme gesprochen hat, und geht deshalb auf eigenen Wunsch mit Officer Ross auf Streife. Dabei entdecken die beiden Polizisten Anzeichen für eine Schießerei unter verfeindeten Gangs. Der Dealer C-Note, dessen Bruder in dem Kugelhagel ums Leben gekommen ist, kündigt an, den Schuldigen auf eigene Faust zu jagen. Bosco beschließt, C-Note zu folgen, und ist nicht wenig überrascht, als er ihn zu Chevchenko führt.
Tatianas Sohn Sergei ist der Russen-Mafia ebenfalls in die Quere gekommen und liegt nun schwer verletzt im Krankenhaus. Sully, der nichts von den laufenden Ermittlungen weiß, will den Gangsterboss zur Rede stellen und findet ihn auf einer Hochzeitsfeier. Doch gerade als er ihn festnehmen will, eröffnen C-Note und seine Männer das Feuer. Auch die inzwischen mit Bosco und Faith eingetroffenen Polizisten werden in die Schießerei verwickelt - und Davis wird von einer Kugel getroffen...
Bosco, still angry with Yokas for expressing concerns that got him forced into therapy, gets a new partner, Ross, who advises him what to tell the therapist so that the sessions can come to a speedy conclusion. Yokas is partnered up with Gusler, who is still overwhelmed and intimidated by the job.
Tatiana's son Sergei is almost beaten to death by Russian mobsters who kill five of his friends. Yokas and Gusler get the call, and Yokas skillfully manages to get the cooperation of a neighbor who witnessed the murders and is willing to identify the perps. On the basis of his statement, they are able to obtain warrants and set off to make the arrests. When Sully finds out what has happened to Sergei and who is responsible, he is outraged, and sets off with Davis to make an arrest, without calling for the backup Davis thinks is necessary.

Sully e Davis arrivano in un ristorante dove i malviventi sono attesi per un matrimonio. Sully comincia ad arrestare il loro capo. Bosco e Ross seguono C-Note e si ritrovano nello stesso posto dove Sully sta effettuando l'arresto. Contro le obiezioni di Ross, Bosco decide di arrestare C-Note e i suoi amici senza avvisare la centrale. C-Note e i suoi amici arrivano con delle mitragliatrici e iniziano a sparare nel ristorante. Puntano le mitragliatrice su Bosco e Ross. Bosco corre per evitare i colpi, e Yokas e Ross riescono a uccidere molti malviventi. All'interno del ristorante Davis spara a C-Note, ma non prima di essere seriamente ferito lui stesso.
