Belgium - Bouillon to Brussels

The journey starts in one of the most picturesque regions of Belgium. From Bouillon on the south-east corner of the country, we follow the Semois River through the Ardenne Forest. Along the way, we find the medieval town of Dinant, home to a famous beer once brewed by monks. The highest boat lift in the world is near great 19th century industrial town of Charleroi. Its canal network extends north towards one of the most important battlegrounds in European history - Waterloo. From here it's a short distance to Brussels, the capital of belgium and headquarters of the European Union.
