Theresa is a woman killed in a hit & run accident. Simonetta's first priority is to memorialize her by arranging with a city councilman to have the street where Theresa grew up named after her. Simonetta then helps raise money to put up a billboard at the site of the accident offering a cash reward to whomever can help find the culprit. This strategy led to the capture and conviction of her killer.
