The Tick blows Arthur's bank account to upgrade his apartment into their secret headquarters - when Arthur doesn't take it well, Tick moves out and forms his own HQ - a rather shaky ""Crime Tower."" Hearing that the Tick is out of action, the 115-year old Terror summons his allies, Stalingrad, the Human Ton and Handy, Tuun-La, and the Man Eating Cow, and forms a new League of Evil to kidnap the mayor. Desperate, American Maid and the Arthur send forth the Tick Signal and the Tick realizes it is his destiny to be with Arthur and fight crime - the League is no match for the assembled heroes.
