The stooges are the Wrong brothers, three inventors trying to finish building an airplane they can sell to the army and thereby avoid the draft. When their plane, the "Buzzard", turns out to be a flop, the boys are drafted into the army where they have trouble with a tough drill sergeant.
Los chiflados son los hermanos Wrong, tres inventores que tratan de terminar la construcción de un avión para poder vender al ejército y así evitar el servicio militar. Cuando su avión, "El Buitre", resulta ser un fracaso, los chicos son reclutados por el ejército en el que tienen problemas con un sargento de dura disciplina.
