Schließlich werden sie von den Komplizen des Mannes geschnappt und als Geiseln in einem Flugzeug gefangen gehalten. Der Jahrestag von Bailey und Cody wird zum echten Desaster. Nachdem Bailey Cody beim Probedurchlauf mit London gesehen hat, flüchtet sie sich traurig in die Arme eines Franzosen und taucht zum verabredeten Date mit Cody nicht auf. Er sucht sie und findet sie schließlich in den Armen des Fremden. Daraufhin geraten sie in einen heftigen Streit.
Cody and Bailey are planning to celebrate their one year anniversary when the SS Tipton docks in Paris. Cody asks London to help him make his date perfect. However, a big misunderstanding begins when Bailey sees Cody with London (who were just practicing the date) and mistakes her as the "hideous French girl". The next day, the day of the anniversary, Cody sees Bailey with another guy, Jean Luc, who was just trying to cheer her up. Bailey and Cody start arguing about the misunderstanding, and decide it would be better if they broke up. Meanwhile, Zack and Woody are pursued by art thieves.

El barco atraca en París, y Bailey disfruta de la compañía de un guapo joven pintor prodigio. Cuando Cody ve esto, inmediatamente se pone celoso, pero quiere preguntarle a Bailey qué está haciendo. Pero cuando ella encuentra a London en sus brazos durante una cita de ensayo, los dos discuten y se separan.

È il primo anniversario di Cody e Bailey e la nave sbarca a Parigi. Là Zack e Woody vengono scambiati per dei ladri di quadri e fuggono per tutta Parigi, poi vengono rapiti e fatti svenire dai veri ladri di quadri. Dopo un paio d'ore si risvegliano nell'aereo dei ladri e per fuggire da loro si lanciano con il paracadute sopra la Tour Eiffel. Intanto Bailey vuole regalare a Cody un ritratto di loro due, così incontra per strada un pittore, che però si innamora di lei. Allo stesso tempo, Cody vuole che il suo appuntamento con Bailey sia perfetto, così decide di provarlo prima con London, che accetta di aiutarlo.
