Er ist eine mechanische Puppe, in der sowohl die Seele von Kyosukes Großvater als auch die von seiner Mutter stecken. In dem heftigen Kampf mit dem Soulkiller erfährt Kyosuke weitere wichtige Details über seine richtige Mutter. Da taucht plötzlich Runa auf und zeigt sich Kyosuke in ihrer wahren Gestalt. Sie erzählt Kyosuke, wie sie in das Hauptquartier von Kirihara gekommen ist und dass sie ihn heiraten will. Doch vorerst steht Kyosuke vor der schwersten Prüfung überhaupt: Einerseits muss er seine Mutter töten und zum anderen muss er sich entscheiden, ob er die Menschheit oder seine Familie retten soll…
Kyosuke faces the final showdown on the Moon colony
On the moon, Runa appears as a five-year-old child in front of her twin brother and the doctor. After absorbing all of the flickers back into her body, Runa takes on her true form. The doctor intends to kill Runa once and for all by using the mysterious Aplicon Buster that helped give birth to Kyosuke and Runa to begin with. Runa, however, spreads the Aplicon Buster into the atmosphere towards Earth, much to Kyosuke's shock. The doctor is destroyed by Kyosuke taking the soul and spirit of his adoptive mother, Miho, as the two were connected by sharing the same spirit and soul.
