Jamie besteht darauf, ihre Kräfte gegen eine Geldfälscherbande einzusetzen. Schließlich kann sie auch Steve überzeugen, dass sie mithilfe ihres perfekten Gehörs den Tresor der Verbrecher knacken könnte. Gemeinsam dringen sie in die Zentrale der Fälscher ein. With Jaime adjusting to her bionics, Oscar wants to use Jaime to infiltrate a counterfit ring and steal the counterfit plates lock in their vault. Steve is adamantly opposed, but Jaime's bionic hearing is the only way to successfully open it the vault. Jaime's body seems to be rejecting her bionics, but does not tell anyone. After the mission the rejection worsens and leads her to run aimlessly. Steve tracts her down and brings her to Rudy, but there is nothing he can do and Jaime dies.

Devenue la première femme bionique, Jaimie insiste pour utiliser ses nouveaux pouvoirs et aider Steve à démanteler un réseau international de contrefaçon, en dépit du danger que cela représente.
