Join Dominic and Connor as they catch up with Dr. Phlox, Mr. John Billingsley himself! The producers face-plant our first trivia game (it will get better), the guys answer fan questions, and dive into working on the Star Trek: Enterprise series. Mr. Billingsley also discusses his work with the Hollywood Food Coalition, a non-profit with an amazing mission. Shuttlepod Show is providing financial support to this special organization and we encourage you to do so too.
Special guest Gary Graham, who played the Vulcan ambassador Soval, enters the Shuttlepod this week. Given his expansive history with the franchise and other science fiction shows, he joins Dom and Con to discuss all things Star Trek: Enterprise and anything else Trek-related.
In our third episode, Connor and Dominic are attacked by whiskey giggles with Admiral Forrest, aka Vaughn Armstrong. They discuss performing--ahem--nude and answer fan questions. Our first good trivia game happens, and Vaughn grins about holding the record of playing the most characters of any actor in all of Star Trekdom. They talk music, Shakespeare, the 70s and fan art. Wrapping up with some live harmonica by Vaughn.
It's our fourth episode! Connor and Dominic enjoy some bourbon with Shran, aka Jeffrey Combs. Erica shows us how to make our favorite cocktail, the Shuttlepod One. The guys answer fan questions. Another solid trivia game happens and Jeffrey discusses his acting career, getting dumped by his agent, and remote control antennae. They talk University of Washington, fan art, Jeffrey's band, and listen to some music. We wrap up with the longest goodbye on any show ever. Buckle up! The Andorian Mining Consortium runs from no one!
In our fifth episode, Connor and Dominic share some bourbon with baddie-Suliban Silik, John Fleck. They answer fan questions, play Trek Trivia and discuss acting, performance art, peeing on cue, and what a heart-to-heart with dad was like (and what it inspired). John looks like a teenager, keeps his shirt on and we even get into John's run on the Supreme Court. Warning! The most adult Shuttlepod Show episode yet! So, send the kids out of the room, pour a drink and enjoy the spectacle.
For our sixth episode, Connor and Dominic welcome Julianne Christie, who played Ah'len in Enterprise, to the Shuttlepod. They sip a little bourbon and talk about pregnancy, Vancouver, seeing each other for the first time, and acting with big name stars (not named Dominic and Connor). They also answer fan questions, play Trek Trivia and admire the fan-submitted artwork.
And... action! Connor and Dominic welcome the honorable David Livingston, director of countless Star Trek episodes, including the namesake "Shuttlepod One." They talk about the Hollywood Food Coalition, chopping up sets, shooting on film, and what went right (and wrong) on Enterprise. Of course, they answer fan questions and Trek Trivia comes down to the wire. Sit back and enjoy a very inspiring episode.
This one is for the fans! We've had so many questions submitted, we had to make an entire episode to answer them. Thank you to all our Star Trek: Enterprise fans, new and veteran, even those who aren't... yet. In this special episode, Connor and Dominic do their best to answer the stuff you want to know. And probably some things you didn't. Either way... cheers!
Star Trek friends forever! Ensign Travis Mayweather, known to all as Anthony Montgomery, joins Connor and Dominic this week in the Shuttlepod. They talk about auditions, biographies, faith and learning not to listen to British kids. They answer your fan questions and enjoy a little hip hop live from Anthony himself.
Join us as we put Dominic in the hot seat for a deep dive into the many fascinating stories of his early life, before Star Trek. Some joyful, some hilarious, some heartbreaking, and some he’s never spoken of publicly before now! You’re not going to want to miss this one...
Your questions keep coming in, so we'll keep making shows to answer them all. In the second special episode of its kind, Connor and Dominic dig deep into the mailbag and answer the stuff you want to know. And, as always, some things you probably want to forget. Sit back and enjoy The Fan Questions Show #2.
Are you ready?! Somehow, Dominic and Connor convinced the father of Enterprise to sit down and talk Star Trek. They were invited to his home for a very insightful and introspective discussion. They talk about meeting THE man, lunch in the commissary, eye rolls and Upper Volta. There was so much material, we had to split it into two episodes. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did recording it.
We continue with the early years of Dominic and his life before Star Trek: Enterprise. From his London days to Desmond's, Vidal Sassoon and making it to Los Angeles, eventually. Enjoy more of the insightful introspective bio of the man who became Lieutenant Malcolm Reed.
We continue with Part 2 of our interview with showrunner and co-producer of Enterprise and other Star Trek series and films. Quite the rarity and an honor! He sits with Connor and Dominic to talk about writing his memoir, casting, the opening song and more fan questions. Enjoy, with or without bourbon.
Now that we've had one half of the creators into the Shuttlepod, it's time Connor and Dominic interview the other half. Writer and producer Brannon Braga joins the crew for an in-depth discussion of how he got into writing for Star Trek and the possibilities of what Enterprise might have been. Sit back and enjoy Part 1 of this rare two-part interview.
Our interview with writer/producer Brannon Braga continues with some fascinating insights, teases on where Enterprise could go and potential future guests. Enjoy Part 2 of this incredible opportunity to hear from Our Man Brannon.
We wrap up Dominic's journey to America before landing on Star Trek: Enterprise. Enjoy the third installment of the heart-to-heart with Dominic Keating and learn about living on a Hollywood ranch and getting those first big gigs.
Technically Part 4 in our Dominic Keating biography, but now we move into his Star Trek Enterprise days. And that's a whole new story, needing its own chapter and title. From his Voyager audition to the final episode, we hope you enjoy the final installment of this series of interviews. Over to you, Lieutenant.
The Voyage Begins Again! It's the first episode of our second season. Connor and Dominic go old school with legendary Star Trek Original Series icon Walter Koenig. After giggling about their summer breaks, they learn about Walter's journey, how the more things change for actors, the more they stay the same. As such, Connor and Erica are joined by guest host, Producer Mark, to shoot the breeze with an actor we all watched grow up on Star Trek Deep Space Nine: Cirroc Lofton, beloved for his roll as Jake Sisko, son of Captain Sisko.
