The gang is on their way to Mexico for the fiesta but the party is canceled. The owner of the hotel that they are staying in tells them about a dead ruler's spirit that has come back to seek revenge on those who disturbed his rest. Things get even more weird when a strange stone statue comes to life.
While driving through a terrible snow storm and low on gas, the gang stops by an abandoned winter wonderland amusement park. The mayor tells the gang the story about why the park is closed. Years ago, a terrible storm short circuited the power. One of the workmen was sent up a power pole to repair some damage, but there was a power surge and his body was never found. His ghost comes back to seek revenge known as the 10,000 volt ghost.
One rainy night Freddy lets Shaggy drive his precious Mystery Machine--and Shaggy wrecks it! Luckly for Shag, it wasn't his fault; he slid on a ton of popsicles laying in the street, right outside the Happy Humor Ice Cream factory. A trip inside to use the phone to get a tow truck turns into a mystery, complete with three Technicolor Phantoms--Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla! Scooby might love food, but these guys could ruin even his appetite!
It was a dark and stormy night that the gang chose to spend the night in the Hatfield's cabin. It was so dark and stormy that a witch decided to come out and play 'Turn the humans into frogs' with the Hatfields. Discovering that their friends are now frogs, the gang sents out to find themselves a witch and hopefully wrap up another mystery.
After winning a contest, the whole gang goes on a vacation cruise. On board the ship is a rather nice professor, along with some investors of his who are interested in his time machine. Testing out his time machine, for his investors, the professor unleashes a monster from five thousand years in the future into our modern world. Trapped on the boat, the gang have nothing else to do but return the mean monster to the future.
The Gang is waiting for Velma's Uncle to meet them but they get worried when he doesn't show up so they head back to his cabin they see something monstrous flying in the sky they learn that it's the willawaw an owl-like monster that according to legend will carry it's victim off when an owl calls the person's name but not only that but some owl creatures are on the loose.
The gang heads to Scotland to help Velma's friend Aggie MacDuff, who's ancestral castle home, which she's turned into a tourist attraction, is being haunted by the ghost of her great grandfather Finnyan MacDuff, who in turn has summoned the Loch Ness Monster to help him scare away potential tourists.
The gang, along with their plane, crashes in the Jaguaro jungle in Rio De Janerio. The Jaguaro is a saber-tooth and half ape hybrid, which does not make a very friendly critter. It also makes for a very dangerous critter, which Scooby understands early on as the Jaguaro seems to want to eat him as his next meal.
