KINGS OF TRAINS | 1971 - 1984

Die Jahre 1971 bis 1984 waren das goldene Zeitalter des New Yorker Subway-Graffiti. Drei Writer gelten heute weltweit als ›Graffiti Kings‹: BLADE, LEE und SEEN. SEEN (eigentlich Richard Mirando) trägt seit seiner prominenten Rolle im Film ›Style Wars‹ besonders in Europa den Titel ›Godfather of Graffiti‹.

The years 1971 to 1984 were the heyday of subway graffiti in New York. Three writers are today considered the kings of graffiti around the world: BLADE, LEE and SEEN. SEEN, real name Richard Mirando, even earned the nickname Godfather of Graffiti in Europe following his prominent role in the documentary "Style Wars".
