Passing Go

In höchster Aufregung ruft ein Mandant seine Anwältin Ellenor an: Er hat gerade einen Mann angefahren - unter Alkoholeinfluss. Ellenor rät ihm, einfach weiterzutrinken, so dass sich hinterher nicht mehr nachweisen lässt, dass er auch schon vorher etwas getrunken hatte. Als sie zum Unfallort kommt, muss sie zu ihrem großen Erschrecken feststellen, dass Bobby das Unfallopfer ist ... Währenddessen hat Rebecca - heimlich - ihr Abendstudium beendet und ist nun Anwältin.

Bobby is hit by a car while his mind is involved on other matters. Meanwhile, Ellenor becomes disillusioned with the law when she comes to the realization that underhanded behavior has become second nature to her. Eugene defends a young man on murder charges. Bobby visits his father. Rebecca shocks the firm when she announces she's passed the bar exam.

Bobby se fait renverser par une voiture. Le conducteur s'empresse d'appeler son avocat et il s'agit d'Ellenor. Rebecca vient de recevoir son admission au Barreau et révèle qu'elle a pris des cours du soir... Lindsay vient de finir la nouvelle salle de conférence et veut l'opinion de Bobby. Mais, celui-ci, secoué par l'accident, a d'autres préoccupations...

Bobby viene colpito da un'auto in corsa. L'uomo al volante del veicolo è un cliente di Ellenor. Quest'ultima è in crisi, a causa dei raggiri e delle manipolazioni che l'esercizio della legge la costringe a mettere in atto. Eugene difende un giovane uomo dall'accusa di omicidio. Bobby visita il padre che fa il bidello in un importante studio di avvocati. Rebecca sciocca tutti annunciando di aver passato gli esami di legge e di essere diventata un avvocato.
