遠征試験の名目でゼーヘンブルグを訪れたアノスと一回生たち。
アノスの目的は「精霊の森アハルトヘルンで待つ」と伝言を残したかつての右腕、シン・レグリアである。
森への道中、アノスは情報屋の少女・リィナと出会う。
同じくアハルトヘルンを目指す彼女を連れて、一行は森の深淵へと進む。そこで見たものとは…。
Anos and the first-year students visit Zehenburg under the guise of an expeditionary examination. Anos's goal is to find his former right-hand man, Shin Reglia, who left a message for him, "Wait for me in the Spirit Forest Aharthern." On the way to the forest, Anos meets an information broker, Lena. Together with her, who is also heading to Aharthern, the group proceeds into the forest's depths.
Anos quer chegar até a Floresta Aharthern, mas há passos a serem dados até descobrir o caminho da floresta misteriosa habitada por seres espirituais. Para isso, ele tem a ajuda de uma misteriosa pessoa que perdeu a memória.
Anos und seine Untertanen machen eine Expedition, bei der sie von ihrem Lehrer geprüft werden. Sie sollen den Eingang zum Wald des Obergeistes, Aharthern, finden. Später begegnen sie in einer Stadt einem Mädchen, das noch mehr über den Wald weiß.
