Colonel Petite, midget star of Von Danzig's House of Marvels travelling show, receives an anonymous death threat by mail and special agent Sam Logan of the Blackhawk Insurance Company enters the picture. The Colonel's life is insured with Blackhawk for $150,-000, so Sam accompanies the show on tour as his bodyguard.
