When asked by the producers of ``The Last Resort'' to rate married life on a scale from 1 to 5, Leslie, 31, put the figure at 2.5. Steve, 37, thinks it's a tad better. He gives it a 3.0. After seven years of marriage and three children, Steve and Leslie come to the summer of 2002 as a couple in crisis. You are there as ABC Family urges man and wife to reconnect. In the finale of Season One we see that Theresa & Gordon decide to stay together.
The couples come to the island and get acquainted. They participate in team-building activities such as packing two of their bags into one, and doing a fire-walk. At the end of day one the couples rate themselves of a scale of 1-10 of how they think their relationship status currently is.
