Doug er klar til at bryde rekorden for antallet af dage uden en "hændelse", hvilket vil sige ingen klager og ingen ødelagte pakker. De ældste kollegaer på IPS-depotet er dog ikke så glade for, at Doug vil bryde den rekord, som deres ven pt er indehaver af.

Doug ist dabei, den angeblich unbrechbaren Rekord bei IPS zu brechen. Vor 18 jahren stellte Iggy Stenkowski den Rekord mit 951 perfekt ausgelieferten Paketen auf und hat dafür eine Plakette bei IPS bekommen. Nun sieht es so aus, als würde Doug diese Plakette bekommen. Währenddessen kämpft Carrie mit dem Problem, sich als schlechte Tochter zu fühlen. Die Hundesitterin Holly genießt die Zeit mit Arthur richtig und Carrie stellt sich die Frage, ob Ihr Vater wirklich so toll ist, wie Holly sagt.

As Doug is about to break what was once thought of as an unbeatable record, the tension between he and the guys at IPS mounts. For 18 years, Iggy Stenkowski's record of 951 consecutive perfect delivery days has remained intact, and the guys resent Doug as he's about to beat it and replace the legendary Iggy's plaque with one of his own. As he deals with his internal conflict, Carrie has trouble dealing with the fact that Holly, the dog walker, actually enjoys spending time with Arthur. She starts to wonder if her father really is as great as Holly thinks he is and that maybe she's the problem in their relationship.
