The Invaders

Als der Architekt David Vincent (Roy Thinnes) sich auf einer einsamen Landstraße verfährt, wird er zufällig Zeuge der Landung eines Raumschiffs. Er bekommt mit, dass Außerirdische vom Planeten Wega neue Planeten suchen, um sie zu kolonialisieren. Die Aliens können menschliche Gestalt annehmen, sich also unbemerkt unter die Bevölkerung mischen. Fortan verbringt David seine Zeit damit, die Menschen von der Existenz Außerirdischer auf der Erde zu überzeugen. Er reist überall dorthin, wo es zu merkwürdigen Todesfällen kam, angebliche UFOs gesichtet wurden oder andere unerklärliche Ereignisse vorkamen.

David Vincent has seen them, for him it began one lost night on a lonely country road, looking for a short cut that he never found. Non essendo in grado di minacciare militarmente la Terra, cercano di impadronirsene con mezzi subdoli. Προσπαθώντας να ανακαλύψει την αλήθεια, ενώ δεν τον πιστεύει κανείς, θα θέσει ως σκοπό της ζωής του να αποκαλύψει την εξωγήινη εισβολή...
