North Americans get an unreal experience as they move in and live castle life at Kalmar Castle. They get courtesy clothes, shoot a bow and cook for a feast that the kings of the Vasa family would have loved, namely pike in various forms. Christina gets her very dramatic family history which turns out to include everything from a noble person who saved the life of Gustav II Adolf, to some others who were imprisoned at the very Kalmar castle, accused of murder. Nordamerikanerna får en overklig upplevelse när de flyttar in och lever slottsliv på Kalmar slott. De får hovmässiga kläder, skjuta pilbåge och laga till en festmåltid som Vasaättens kungar skulle ha älskat, nämligen gädda i olika former. Christina får sin mycket dramatiska släkthistoria som visar sig innehålla allt från en adlad person som räddade livet på Gustav II Adolf, till några andra som satt fängslade på just Kalmar slott, anklagade för mord.
