After gaining a few vulnerable allies in the student council, Tsubame’s next task from Kei is to protect their base. To better understand the students’ concerns, they set up a suggestion box. Soon, the council is overwhelmed with complaints, especially about budget distribution among sports clubs. Amid the chaos, a group of less recognized clubs, unable to get their own club rooms due to a scheme by the basketball team led by Natsuki, takes over the student council room to use as their own.
生徒会室が乗っ取られた!?生徒会というか弱き仲間を得たツバメ(広瀬すず)が次に彗(神木隆之介)に命じられた課題は、｢自分たちの砦を守る｣というもの。ツバメ達は、生徒たちの悩みを知るために目安箱を設置する。そんな中、各運動部の予算配分などで生徒会に怒涛のクレームが!バスケ部の夏樹(間宮祥太朗)らの悪だくみで部室が割り当てられない｢日陰クラブ｣の部室として、生徒会室が占拠されてしまい…。
