Freddy, Barney, Wilma, and Betty pretend to be agents like the mysterious Agent Dino 07. Dino thinks he's going to the vet after overhearing a conversation between Fred and his father. Mr. Bad uses Grown Up Gas to make kids act like they're all grown up. It soon affects Cavey Jr., making it difficult for Cavey to stop Mr. Bad.
