Das Team versucht weiterhin einen Weg zu finden, um den verhassten Zoom endlich zu besiegen. Dabei wird es auf Turtle aufmerksam, ein Metawesen, das die Zeit um sich herum verlangsamen kann. Ein erster Versuch, Turtle zu fangen, scheitert jedoch. Barry startet einen zweiten Versuch, das Metawesen zu stellen – diesmal im National City Museum. Doch leider verläuft die Aktion nicht wie geplant, und Barrys Freundin Patty gerät in Lebensgefahr ...

Now that they've grown closer, Barry considers telling Patty that he is The Flash. Meanwhile, Joe and Iris try to get to know Wally, and the team hunts down a meta-human who can slow time itself.
