1942年，中国远征军在将日本人驱逐出缅甸的过程中伤亡惨重。 一年后，中国人收到了日本可能正在开发生物武器的情报。 他们派出了一个小型的专门小组来阻止日本的阴谋。 为完成任务，小队必须越过汹涌澎湃的怒江，攻克蛮荒山的险峻地貌，潜入日军营地而不被发现。
