When Marcia and Jan both find their own one true love, they announce at the same time that they are getting married, and they make plans for a double wedding. After the wedding, when the couples look for a house, they notice that a house would be too expensive for each couple, so they decide to share a house. The show featured the life of two couples living together in one house.

Fortsetzungsserie von Drei Mädchen und drei Jungen (The Brady Bunch), was man der völlig entstellenden ZDF-Synchronisation jedoch kaum anmerkte. Rollen und Darsteller waren gleich, jedoch gab man den Charakteren alberne deutsche Namen wie Mucki Brause statt Mike Brady, und damit andere Namen als in der eigenen Synchronisation der Originalserie zehn Jahre zuvor.Eine reizende Familie lief in der Reihe Ein himmlisches Vergnügen.
