Dr. Franklin hält Oscar und Peggy Callahan auf seiner Insel gefangen. Eine militärische Befreiungsaktion ist nicht möglich, denn Franklin hat einen künstlichen Hurrikan um die Insel herum erzeugt. Steve and Jaime become Oscar and Callahan's only hope of survival when Franklin uses the weather control machine to repel a military strike force from his island. In syndication and the DVD release, all three installments are part of The Bionic Woman season 2.
