Season 1

  • S01E01 Safe at Home Part 1

    If there is one place you should feel safe, it is your own home. Home is where we are most comfortable. But one of the most terrifying thoughts all of us has is the chance that someone would break into our home. Best Defense host Michael Bane introduces our new series with the question "what would you do if your home was broken into?" Co-host and defense expert Mike Janich demonstrates the basics of what to do to make your home more secure and plan to defend yourself within your home, especially in the case of a home invasion. Rob Pincus is joined on the range by Phil Strader to review the most important fundamentals of defensive shooting.
