Nick and Jesse offer to do some fishing for an old timer to help him save his boat. But their best intentions go awry when they are robbed of their profits by pirates on the epen waters and must return empty-handed. Up and down the coast other fishermen are suffering the same misfortune at the hands of these modern day pirates. Who are they and how do they know when to strike?
