Beyond the Sea of Death

Grace Renford is a wealthy and attractive woman who is interested in meeting a man who will love her, not for her money, but for what she is. So she pretends to be a middle class woman after corresponding with a young engineer named Keith Holloway, who she met through an ad in a spiritualism magazine.

Minnie Briggs, une riche héritière fait la connaissance de Keith Holloway, un ingénieur minier qui disparaît en Bolivie. Persuadée de le rejoindre dans l'au-delà, elle fait appel au mage Shankara mais les événements vont se révéler bien différents de ce que pensait la jeune femme. Sa tante Minnie qui se doute que Keith n'est pas ce qu'il prétend fait une enquête à son sujet et découvre qu'il était au courant de sa fortune.
