He must find low cost ways to use every inch of their home, and comes up with a series of sleeping platforms that could utilise wasted space in the loft. Meanwhile, Adam Khan finds an ingenious way of a splitting an ordinary home into two for Mary and her adult son Luke, who cannot afford a place of his own as a consequence of rising house prices.
