พยาบาลม่ายสาวลูกติดที่มีความทะเยอทะยาน ถูกจ้างให้มาเป็นพี่เลี้ยงลูกสาวมหาเศรษฐีอย่าง เอกรินทร์ และ ดุจดาว แต่แล้ววันหนึ่งกลับเกิดเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดฝัน เมื่อดุจดาวและลูกประสบอุบัติเหตุพลัดตกจากเรือและจมน้ำหายไป ภาวินีจึงใช้โอกาสนี้เข้ามาดูแลเอกรินทร์อย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อหวังชุบชีวิตใหม่ให้กับตัวเองและลูกสุดท้ายเรื่องราวของม่ายสาวภาวิณีจะดำเนินต่อไปอย่างไร
