Sir Terry Wogan and Mason McQueen have arrived in York, the ancient capital of the north where they sample the famous York ham and the confusingly named savoury duck. Mason tries his hand at making chocolate using ancient Aztec methods before they head to Ampleforth for a drop of the strong stuff with the father abbot.
