T-Shirt is once again abducted by T-Bag, who has now set up shop inside a television set. Her plan this time is to transmit a hypnotic frequency over her new t.v station "Hi-TV" and brainwash the human race into singing her praises, but when her system shortens out, she seeks out advise from kindly Professor Sparkes, who informs her she needs a booster. Realizing T-Bag's intentions aren't noble, Sparkes tortures her with a jammer powered by indestructible crystals, but T-Bag is able to get the upper hand and scatters the crystals amongst the T.V Set's upcoming range of television shows. She hypnotists Sparkes into creating her needed power booster. Determined to thwart T-Bag, T-Shirt is able to recruit t.v reporter Holly Anna Jones and assigns her the task of finding them before he too is enslaved by T-Bag's dark magic. Armed with one of the crystals, Holly must find the remainder in order to restore the Jammer and destroy T-Bag...

It's not long before all the bags get mixed up and the race is on to find the correct one with all of the crystals...
Holly and T-Shirt return to Professor Sparkes lab with the crystals, unaware that he is still under T-Bag's control. T-Bag learns that the booster is finally ready, but it will take time to power up. With the booster nearly at optimum efficiency, the race is on to complete the jammer neccesary to destroy T-Bag before she is able to enslave the world with her hypnotic spell...but can Holly and T-Shirt succeed?
