余小鱼（胡冰卿 饰）因家境贫寒，机缘巧合之下加入跳水俱乐部，在跳水俱乐部遇到了一批怀揣跳水梦的年轻人，余小鱼从此开启了人生的新篇章。在跳水俱乐部，余小鱼和她的伙伴们不仅面临着残酷的竞争，每个人还需要面对友情与爱情、名利与牺牲、个人与团队抉择与考验，然而他们凭借一腔热血和对梦想的不懈追求，克服种种内心与外界的冲击，最终一同站上跳水台，完成了腾空一跃的美好瞬间，实现了个人价值的青春故事，展现了热血、竞技的体育风貌。
