Milton Berle extends his engagement at a Las Vegas night club for an extra 2 weeks along with his bandleader Ricky Ricardo. When Milton's wife gets upset at him missing their anniversary, Ricky's wife, Lucy, assists Milton in a crazy scheme to help Milton's wife forgive her. In the process, they get mixed up with 2 mobsters as hilarity ensues.
New Englander Jabez Stone is about to lose the farm, in a fit he tells his wife that he'd sell his soul to the devil for just about two cents! And of course the devil takes him up on it. Contract in hand, he offers Jabez the customary irresistible terms, seven years of good fortune.
