Saki then moves to Ryozan High where Nakamura Kyoko, also know as Bi-dama no Okyo, is the ruling sukeban and fairly peaceful.
Due to a plot by Uehara of the journal club, Saki and Kyoko are tricked into fighting each other. Kyoko tries to attack Saki, but she doesn't respond though her power is superior to Kyoko's. "Why?" Kyoko asks and Saki replies, "Because I like you." They now become friends. There, Yukino approaches. She, longing to be with Saki, also moves to Ryozan Highschool.
At night, Nishiwaki, Kurayami's agent who poses as a teacher in Ryozan High, is waiting for Saki and tells her, "Here's a new mission for you".
