The story is about two best friends, Chocolat Meilleure and Vanilla Mieux, who are young witches from the Magical World. They are chosen to compete in a contest to see who can collect the most hearts from human boys. With the help of Rockin' Robin, their mentor and guardian, and two familiars, the competition begins to see who will become the next Queen of the Magical World.
However, trouble begins to brew in the way of the two queen candidates as Pierre, a cold and mysterious boy, begins to win Chocolat's heart and starts to use both her and Vanilla to his own use. Now, both trapped within their own new goals, the two witches must fight their way and retain a friendship which no magic can defeat.
Chocola Meilleur et Vanilla Mieux sont deux jeunes sorcières. Afin de choisir celle qui succédera à la reine Candy sur le trône du Royaume Magique, les deux meilleures amies, désormais en compétition, se rendent sur Terre pour y attraper le plus grand nombre de cœurs.
La storia parla di due migliori amiche, Chocolat Meilleure e Vanilla Mieux, che sono giovani streghe del Mondo Magico. Sono state scelte per competere in un concorso per vedere chi riesce a raccogliere più cuori dai ragazzi umani. Con l'aiuto di Rockin' Robin, il loro mentore e tutore, e due familiari, il concorso proclamerà la prossima Regina del Mondo Magico. Tuttavia i problemi iniziano a crescere quando comparirà Pierre, un ragazzo freddo e misterioso, che farà innamorare Chocolat ed inizia a utilizzarle per propri fini. Ora le due streghe devono combattere a modo loro e mantenere un'amicizia che nessuna magia può sconfiggere.

Zwei kleine Hexen, Chocolat und Vanilla, werden in die Menschenwelt geschickt. Dort sollen sie einen Wettkampf austragen, der entscheiden soll, wer von den beiden die nächste Königin der Hexenwelt wird. Hierfür müssen sie dafür sorgen, dass die Jungen aus ihrer Schule sie mögen, damit sie deren Herzen in Kristalle verwandeln können. Hört sich einfach an, oder? Aber durch Chocolats ausfallende Persönlichkeit und Vanillas Schüchternheit ist es schon eine Herausforderung einen Tag zu überstehen, ohne dass etwas schief geht.
