Sud Lointain

Catherine Tannerre, une jeune journaliste, assiste à un pacte d'amitié scellant trois français au Viêt Nam. Chacun empruntes des chemins différents : l'un est prêtre et vient en aide aux autochtones, le second voudrait devenir conseiller de l'Empereur, et le dernier désire fonder une famille. Mais les destins finissent par s'entremêler et très vite Catherine souffre de déception amoureuse et de trahison...
