Deputy Chief Steven Seagal and his team are called to a scene of a fatal car crash. Steven prevents possibly another car crash when he finds a couple of guys with a bottle rum in their car and makes them walk home instead of driving. Later, the team and SWAT have to deal with a dangerous animal threat that is undermining the Parish's all important levee system.
La brigade intervient pour un accident de la route. Deux hommes sont envoyés à l'hôpital, les secours sont à la recherche d'autres victimes. Steven évite un autre accident en interpellant deux hommes après avoir trouvé une bouteille de rhum dans leur voiture. L'équipe rejoint ensuite les SWAT pour lutter contre une dangereuse menace : les rongeurs qui détruisent le système de barrage.
